If yalnewyork.com receives your returned merchandise within 7 days of the date you received your order, yalnewyork.com will be happy to offer a full refund for the original purchase price. Any returned merchandise received within 8–14 days of the original receipt will be issued a web credit. No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Returns will only be accepted for merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed. All merchandise must be returned with the original receipt, the original packing slip, as well as the return & exchange form. Your return will be processed within 7–10 business days upon receipt of the items to our warehouse. The refund will be applied to the original credit card used to make the purchase, or, as mentioned above, a web credit will be issued. Please be aware that some banks will often take up to 2 billing periods before refunds will appear on your credit card statement. Please note: Shipping and Handling charges are always non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
